Before you send us files for the first time, please read these instructions completely .
Fill out the Alert Form. This is how we are notified when someone uploads files on our FTP site. Please make sure to include all of your contact information and clear instructions about your job. If you are sending multiple files to our FTP site, we recommend that you organize all your files into one folder before sending them to us and use a compression program like WinZip or StuffIt.
- Place all files to be sent in a .ZIP file.
- If you are using Netscape or Internet Explorer version 5.0 or better, use the Alert Form and after submitting the alert form press the link to access our ftp site and drag and drop file onto the newly opened browser window. You will not be able to see the transferred file.
- If you are using a browser other than the ones previously listed, you may need to use FTP software to submit your file. Free WS_FTP software is available by right clicking on the link below and saving the file to your system by choosing the "Save Target As" command. The software is already set to connect to the AccuGraphics FTP site.

- Create a single Stuffit Archive file (.sit, .hqx, .sea) that includes all files to be sent. Fonts MUST be stuffed!
- If you are using Netscape, enter FTP site, double click on the Incoming folder and then drag and drop your file onto the browser window. You may not be able to see the transferred file.
- If you are using a browser other than Netscape, you may need to use FTP software to submit your file. Free Fetch software is available by clicking on the link below
